Camp for children and youth

Camp work for children and young people is the main reason why Lyngmo was built in 1965. This is the main focus and the most important task at our camp site!

3 seasons: There are 3 camp seasons for the different age groups (Winter, Summer and Autumn). In addition, there are some interest camps.

Camp for 2. - 4. class: For many, this is their first encounter with camp life. These camps have 2 overnight stays. There are 3 camps a year

Camp for 4. - 7th grade: These camps have 2 - 3 overnight stays. There are 3 camps a year.

Children's Song Camp: Interest camp for 2. - 7th grade with a focus on song. We create a great camp choir and end with a camp concert! We also have the usual camp activities with games, camp evening, devotions, kiosk, etc.

Youth camp (8th grade - 3rd vgs): This camp is held twice a year (summer and fall), and has 2 overnight stays. This is a camp with a focus on getting to know Jesus, each other and having fun. Here there is a late bedtime and the opportunity to sleep a little longer than at the other camps.

Crossroad (8th grade - 19 years): This is a camp/festival where we rig Lyngmo for a youth party, turn up the sound volume and facilitate an event on the young people's terms! Crossroad is organized once a year during the winter holidays and gathers participants from all over Sogn og Fjordane! Here you will experience a clear focus on Jesus through teaching, worship and group gatherings. Participants can choose between the ski slopes, Lustrabadet and activities at Lyngmo!
