Opening hours 2024

Lyngmo Gjestehus: May 18 - 20 + June 17 - August 30
Cabins and campsite: May 18 - September 8.

  • Guest house season is when the guest house is open

  • Shoulder season is the period when we are open for cabins and camping, but the guesthouse is closed.

  • Opening hours Guesthouse season: 07.30 - 22.00.

    Opening hours shoulder season: Open from 09.00 - 12.00

    Kiosk: We offers snacks, soft drinks, ice cream and more in the kiosk (The kiosk follows the opening hours of the reception)

  • Check-in: From 15.00 (Please contact us for check-in later than 20.00)

    Check out: Before 12:00. If you have paid, you can leave your key in the key box at reception.

  • We offer free WIFI (Lyngmo guest - no password)

  • The guest house locks its doors at 22:30. The guest house room keys, fit the main entrance door and the main door by the bedroom wing.

    Check out: If you have already paid for your stay, the key can be delivered to the drop-box at the reception upon departure.

  • Breakfast served from 07.30 - 10.00

    For Guest house / Room: Included.

    For Cabins and Camping: Can be booked during the Guest House season.
    Price 2024: Adults: 105,-. Children (4 - 13 years): 70,-.

    Packed lunch: Make a good packed lunch for the day. Order and pay at the reception.
    Price 2024: 55,-

    Bread: Order fresh bread the night before which can be picked up at reception from 08.00. (Guesthouse season)

    Food allergies: We want to make it easy for you! If you have a food allergy, please let us know before your arrival.

  • Guests can use the tea kitchen or the camping kitchen:

    Tea kitchen: Available to guests at the Guest House (by room 25).

    Guest kitchen / Camping kitchen: Available for all our guests. The kitchen is equipped with 2 stoves, simple cooking equipment and dishwashers.

    Grill

    • It is not allowed to use an entrance grill or make a fire (Bålforbud)

    • We have a barrel grill for loan (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid)

  • Dinner: Unfortunately we do not serve dinner. Can be ordered for larger groups.

    Grocery store: Opening hours Spar Hafslo

    Evening hours: 08:00 - 21:00

    • Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00

    • Sunday - closed

Breakfast and meal

  • Fireplace room: A nice room for relaxation and games. It is possible to use the room to eat food prepared in the guest kitchen.

    Communal livingroom: Nice recovery room in close proximity to the accommodation room.

  • Lyngmo is owned by two Christian organizations. Guests can use the prayer room for prayer, Bible reading and worship. Food is not allowed in this room.

  • A washing machine and drying room are available in the guesthouse season.

    Washing machine: Pay at the reception.

    Drying room: Free of charge

  • Garbage sorting at Lyngmo

    There are 2 garbage stations and garbage should be sorted.

  • Lyngmo is a drug-free institution for the whole family. You are not allowed to buy or enjoy alcohol at Lyngmo.

  • All our rooms, cabins and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking in designated outdoor areas.

    Smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.

  • Camping pitch / outside: Dogs are welcome, but remember the leash requirement.

    Indoors: Dogs are not allowed inside Lyngmo (exception for guide dogs).

    Cabin for dogs: We can offer 1 cabin where dogs are allowed.

    Be early to book. This cabin is booked in advance.

    Dogs should not be on the sofa / beds.

  • Guest house: Bed linen and towels are included (make the bed yourself)

    Change of towel: Please contact reception for a new towel.

    Cabins: Bring your own bed linen and towels or rented at Lyngmo

  • Please contact reception to borrow hair dryers.

Facilities

Terms and conditions

  • Ordinary cancellation: Standard deadline for bookings by phone, email and via our website: Cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to arrival date. The guest pays the total price for the booking if canceled from 48 hours before the arrival date. This also applies to no-shows.

    Cancellation of special offers / non-ref prices / events: The stated cancellation time applies.

    Travel insurance: We recommend having good travel insurance that covers cancellations, in case you have to cancel.
