1. The purpose of our processing of personal data

Pictures/films can be taken at events and in other operations at Lyngmo.

3: Photos are stored as part of the historical archive of activity at Lyngmo.

1: Images of identifiable individuals/people in small groups are not published without consent.
2: Situational images may be published in accordance with Intellectual Property Act §104(The activity is the purpose of the image.
Example: (A) Overview picture of a large group (B) A group of people in a song team). The images can then be published without consent if it is not offensive to those in the image.
3: Names will never be linked to images without consent.

11 Access, correction and deletion

According to the Personal Data Act, Article 15, the individual has the right to access the information that is registered about him/herself. The general manager of Lyngmo Ungdomssenter AS is responsible for the processing of personal data.
